Tracking Another Cold Front | Weather
Title (Max 100 Characters)
We're looking forward to a geat weekend across the Valley. Sunshine and 70s with a few more clous on Sunday. But a little breezy out there too.
Here's what's happening out there. A strong cold front is moving through the Plains right now. Between the low pressure with this front and the high pressure moving along the east coast, our winds will be picking up. In fact, a rather blustery day in our 'Hundred Acre Wood' for Sunday.
The cold front arrives early on Monday. Latest models are indicating a line of rain and storms beginning to push through the Shoals between 6am-9am. We're still early in the process but we'll have better specifics by Sunday afternoon and evening. Storms, although not expecting to be severe, could be on the strong side with gusty winds and lightning. Storms will quickly push out by mid or late morning with lingering rain possible for the rest of the day.
