More sunshine is on the way for Tuesday after some patchy morning fog.  Afternoon highs will be in the lower 80s Tuesday with a light south wind at 5-10mph.  Look for a few more clouds late in the day but it looks like any chance of rain will hold off until Wednesday.

The storm system that we’ve been discussing for over a week now is still at least 4 days away. It hasn’t even entered the United States yet. Currently, the storm is just now coming onshore Western British Columbia Canada.

Rain chances will pick up through the morning hours.  The steadiest and heaviest rain will push through between 10am and 2pm.

Slow Warm Up, Mid Week Rain

The next few days look dry and slightly below average. (Average highs for this time of year are the mid 70s, while the lows should be in the low 50s.)

Our next chance of rain comes Tuesday night into Wednesday.  At this point, the threat for severe weather looks pretty low with this system.

High temperatures on Wednesday will be early in the day, in the upper 60s, before colder air pushes in throughout the afternoon and evening.

Our next weather maker is currently producing some nasty weather out west.
