Typical Spring Days Ahead

Typical Spring Days Ahead

Fronts moving in and fronts stalling.  Rain chances small with warming temperatures.  No big upper-level storm systems in our near future.  One front in particular that we've been talking about, will move close to the Valley tomorrow and stall out.  It may fire a few showers and storms off, but chances are small.

For some in the Valley, no rain will fall through the weekend or for the beginning of next week.  Upper-level winds are not really favoring much in the way of substantial rain or storm systems.

Skies will generally be partly sunny over the coming days with much warmer weather on the way.  Highs will climb into the low and mid 80s.

In-Between Systems

In-Between Systems

Looking like a great evening here in the Valley. Skies are going to be mainly clear tonight with rain moving to our east, out of the Tennessee Valley.  Temperatures tonight fall to around 50 degrees.

Sunshine and warm weather tomorrow as we head into the lower 80s, but another upper-level low is moving this direction.  And by Friday, a few more clouds and a slight chance of wet weather returns to the forecast.

Rain chances will be picking up over the weekend as the front moves through the Valley.

Nice!

Nice!

A great Easter Weekend!  Sunshine today and mid 70s.  Tomorrow, you'll see  more clouds in the morning and they may linger into the afternoon as a weak but mainly dry cold front moves into the area.  I say mainly dry, becuase an isolated shower may develop.  But rain chances are less than 20%

Easter Sunday will start out around 50 degrees with some locations in the mid and upper 40s.  Afternoon highs climb into the mid 70s with more sunshine expected by then.

Another front will keep clouds around through Monday and this will leave room for cooler air for the middle part of the work week.

Stormy Weather Returns to the Valley

Stormy Weather Returns to the Valley

Areas of rain and maybe a few thunderstorms may begin to pop up on Tuesday out ahead of the next front.  Mainly what we are expectiing for Tuesday is clouds on the increase and a few showers or isolated thunderstorms to develop. Highs will be in the lower 70s.

The severe weather threat appears to stay to our west for now, but will include our area by Wednesday.

A Great Start to the Week

A Great Start to the Week

A cold night ahead, as temperatures fall to near 30 degrees.  Some locations may even see upper 20s by morning.

But tomorrow looks much improved.  High pressure builds into the Valley with sunshine and mid to upper 50s for afternoon highs.

Another front is on the way though, and so are more rain chances.
