Emergency crews are on the scene of a fire at the Safety First Services in Scottsboro.

Crews responded to the square in downtown around 1:30 p.m.

Smoke was visible inside the building.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.

Scottsboro Fire, Scottsboro Police and Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the scene.
